For FT I believe they are. Not sure about internships though.
Thanks
I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing.

Does anyone know what the offer rate was for the last summer analyst class?

The had their last AC for FT on Nov 30th... Don't know if they were able to fill all the spots they were looking for.
Ah cool, did you interview with them?

What was their format? What were the interviews like?

The process was the following:
- CV scan
- Online tests (Verbal, Quant)
- 2 interviews: first one with a VP. Second one with 2 associates
- AC: group exercise (6 candidates discussing specific topics about a 2010 transaction in front of 1 associate); 3 interviews (2 MDs, 1 D); Online tests (for UK candidates, they do it during the first round interviews. Since I did them by phone I did the tests during the AC).
The first round interviews were pretty technical based (a little bit more technical than the average interview in London, less technical than the average continental europe interview). The AC interviews were 90% motivation based (why EVR, why Boutique, why M&A).
I'm grateful that I have two middle fingers, I only wish I had more.
