Expected Base Salary

Curious as to what the going rate for base pay within the BBs is these days for the varying levels of an associate. I know that more-or-less the standard for Analysts is 70k,80k,90k but I am wondering on where it goes moving forward. In the past I have heard 125k for the first year. Anyone have any insight into this?
