F500 - career planning with superior

So I am supposed to have a sitdown with my superior to discuss my career and future in general. I know this person well enough and I feel that the more specific I am, the more this person can make things happen.

I was hired into a sort of rotational program. They told me I'd have to move every 1 to 1.5 years (unless I said no). I have barely been here half a year and am already being asked about the next step (hopefully that's not a bad thing)

Have any of you been in this situation before? What was discussed, what did you say/ask? What are some areas in corporate finance that I should stay away from (provided I have the choice).

Thank you for your help

It's hard to answer these things without knowing what interests you, where you want to be in 5 years and 10 years (bschool, IB, etc), how you think you've performed, the company/industry, and any other info you can give us.

Taking a shot in the dark, does the company name start with an i ?
