Faithless Electors
So how many republican electors are going to deflect and not cast their vote for the Donald when given the opportunity in December? There is so much division in the party that this scenario could very well become a reality. There are already a few lined up
Though to be fair there is a democratic elector from Washington state who's already threatened to not vote for Hillary because she doesn't do enough for Native Americans and various tribes

If it happens it will end the electoral college in the United States, which, in my view, would be a disaster. Fortunately, the math says that this is highly unlikely and that we'll have an outright winner.

No a faithless elector has never changed the outcome of a presidential election.
