Anything is possible, just gotta prepare properly. Make your meals the day before and prepackage snacks in baggies. Not that difficult.
Every 2 hours? You don't think that's overkill? Are you a Mr. Olympia contender?
Eating every two hours has no positive impact on your metabolism, quit wasting your time. Eating once or twice a day produces the same metabolic response as eating 5-6 times a day.
Google intermittent fasting, follow the leangains program, thank me later.
I agree with this. Save yourself a headache. Meal timing and frequency is IRRELEVANT for body composition. If you need to eat that often to feel full, that is another story. See the following:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1905998 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11319656 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18053311 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9155494 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15806828 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9504318 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15085170 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15220950 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17228037 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15640455 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10578205
Disclaimer: The previous studies all have their own merits and weaknesses. With that said, there is a consensus in nutrition research that meal timing and frequency is irrelevant for body composition/weight loss.
you create account just to write that? u must be a fat person not wanting to switch to eating often.
I'm just trying to help you not waste your time. All empirical evidence shows that meal timing and frequency are irrelevant. The whole 5-6 meals a day thing is broscience perpetuated by the supplement industry to get you to buy more shit. But go ahead, continue wasting your money and time.
Yes, that may be true in theory. It's just hard to hit 7k+ calories when on less than 6 meals a day, and eating 600+ grams of protein all at once would be a waste.
600 grams of protein a day is way to much. You only need 1 gram per pound of lean body mass to gain muscle.
bro,
@"Silent Guardian"
There is no reason ANYONE needs 7000 calories or 600 grams of protein.
I suggest you go on a deficit cut and get your body in order. If you truly require that much to gain muscle you have a severe issue. That's seriously insane.... even Michael Phelps admits his 12,000 calorie diet was a lie and it was not even half that.
If Kai eats 400g, there is no way you should be eating 600g.
I don't eat grapefruit, it's estrogenic.
It's even tough for Kai or any bodybuilders to intake that much protein. With all the gear they are injecting, it puts tons of stress on the organs, specifically the liver.
He's said before that he has a few lbs of steak per day. Fucking grapefruits!!!
Carbs are like leverage, and protein is like equity.
No one is going to point out the absurdity of 500+ calls a day?
500 is the official goal.
Do the math...500 calls a day, assuming 12 hour days. Is 42 calls an hour, thats less than 90 seconds per call...20 seconds to answer and 30 seconds to pitch whatever youre calling about means you have 40 seconds for anything else. Of course we are also assuming you will not move from your desk at all during these 12 hours and are constantly calling. These expectations are setting you up for failure.
