Forbes Best Business Schools - 2011
Forbes has just released its biennial rankings of the best business schools:
- Harvard
- Stanford
- Chicago (Booth)
- Pennsylvania (Wharton)
- Columbia
- Dartmouth (Tuck)
- Northwestern (Kellogg)
- Cornell (Johnson)
- Virginia (Darden)
- MIT (Sloan)
The rest of the list is available at the website:
with sloan higher and northwestern switched it makes a lot of sense. maybe wharton over chicago though.
Best rankings ever.
BYU above Stern. Michigan State above UCLA. Iowa above Tepper, Goizueta, and Kelley. USC at 39. Rice at 45, WUSTL at 47. BU at 61.
There's no "art" involved in the Forbes rankings. It's based solely on ROI. That's the reason for the discrepancy.
I know - a lot of the schools on the list have suspect salary reporting from what I've heard about these rankings in the past. And I don't believe it takes into account average cost net of scholarships.
Sorry, this list is garbage after the first 5. Cornell at 8? Yale at 11? Columbia above Kellogg?
Right.
this is a shit ranking
Cornell >MIT = horseshit
