Is anybody out there in Global Capital Markets, specifically Equity Capital Markets? Better yet, is anyone in ECM with Morgan Stanley? Even better (perfect, really) is anyone in Morgan Stanley's ECM group in Menlo Park?
If anyone could spare 5-10 minutes for a phone convo (or e-mail exchange) with me regarding ECM vs. M&A I would really appreciate it. I'm trying to learn a bit more about what ECM really is and could use the help. Could be a productive call on both ends and I'd owe ya big time.
