Goldman Sachs RMD vs DB s&t
I have got offers both from GS RMD and DB S&T. But I don't know which one to pick. My former internship experiences are all about RE consulting or REPE. It would be a good chance for me to try other routes but GS sounds a great name at least within finance industry. I am just not sure compared to DB S&T, how would I leverage the RMD offer?
GS RMD is a large department with a bunch of different divisions/roles. What would you be doing at GS? How do the compensation packages compare?
I believe it's Asset Management. Compensation packages don't differ that much since recently most banks are not doing that well as compared to last years
Do you want to work in real estate? You should have an idea at this point if you had prior internships in the industry.
I love real estate and all my past experiences are in RE consulting or REPE advisory. But I am not sure if GS RMS is that top within RE industry compared to other RE specialized firms
I know a lot of Goldman RMD guys in Irving. Its essentially a backoffice for the MBD.
It's claimed to be Real Estate IBD but guess without that much IBD component
