Monty, could you explain why you picked the companies in that order? I am assuming that the questions refers to commodity trading (maybe agricultural trading?) at all the three places. Would you choose commodity shops over banks all the time? If so, why?
Pretty vague question and to be honest without any details this question remind me of the threads of an overzealous sports or comic fans trying to compare one entity to something completely random (95 Nebraska vs Batman).
Short answer would be whoever has given you an offer.
If you are interested in soft/ag trading then Cargill hands down. Noble has lost talent to BTG Pactaul but still a good shop despite being cut-throat/slave shop. Not sure why GS is being mentioned--they trade everything beyond physical commodities (unlike the previous two) so it's like asking someone if they want sushi or a cruise ship buffet.

Noble has lost people to everyone in the past 6 months

Thanks for the answers!
do you want to learn the physical market or do you want to learn market making
assuming you are indiffrent between both
None hire you directly, all 3 trade physical and very much do the same thing. Somehow I am sensing you do not have all 3 offers...
I would work at Cargill or GS based on the people/product/desk, Noble would be my last choice.
Could you share more on why these three firms?
More info helps everyone give you better feedback
I don't believe Noble is big in U.S., it's based in Hong Kong isn't it?
Noble is huge in the us

Not sure why you wouldn't list Glencore.
