GPA Question - Will grad schools look down on accounting GPA?

So I have a question about GPA in terms of grad school. My overall is 3.56, my finance gpa is 3.74 and my accounting gpa is 2.89. Long story short, I fucking hate accounting and only took it to supplement my finance background to get into ibanking. I have a FT offer at a Middle Market.

Will the grad schools look down upon the accounting gpa? I know there are plenty of people who do finance/marketing so they can get a gpa boost. Do schools take into account that accounting is much harder? Ideally I would like to go to Northwestern. Any input is appreciated. (Haven't taken the GMAT yet since it only stays for 5 years. I figure I'll take it when I know i'm ready to go)

I honestly have no idea, but I personally never understood why much weight is ever put into your major gpa. I know this varies from school to school but seriously, one of my majors was literally 5 classes. It's even more ridiculous imo to list major gpas for SA positions. There are plenty of people who could feasibly put that they have a 4.0 major gpa after getting an A in a single class.

Honestly, if I ever read people's resumes, I'd auto-ding anyone who puts just their major gpa no matter how great the rest of their resume is.

let's hope you don't interview people any time soon...
