graduate analyst without an internship at IB

I have a question, if I have any realistic chance of getting into a graduate analyst program at BB IB without doing an internship there?
I am going into my last semester of my masters and would like to not be an intern again, if possible.
I am aiming for london. I will be graduating with expected 1st class honors from a continental europe target. I did my internship this year at Lloyds bank, which is the biggest retail bank in UK. On top of that I have some internships in different small companies in eastern europe, but not sure if somebody even pays attention to those.

Would I stand a chance? Or should I just apply for internships and hope to get a direct hire, or just wait for another year until my offer becomes available.

this is a tricky question i have asked myself for a couple of months now. some people tell you dont apply you have no chance, other say just give it a try. i listened to the latter and applied like hell for every bb that has open graduate programs. first app was london, got invited for first round yesterday. so its not impossible to get in without bb internship in general.

I went through the same situation like you. No internships so I applied for graduate schemes in IB but also to do commercial banking at the British banks. The IB applications only ended up in couple of interviews but I got into commercial banking and then moved into the IB of the bank through internal networking. Then I managed to move to a proper IB. Try to explore other routes such as credit risk and then network your way through. If you just send only front office applications it may be tough to get something.
