Hello Fellow Monkeys, Is there a difference in terms of graduation semester? Would graduating in the winter affect job success vs graduation in the spring? All help is appreciated! Best, Boomer01

If you have the credits to graduate early, just space them out to take up the whole year. You'll have less than a full course load so you won't be paying full price, will be able to take advantage of on campus recruiting, will have more time so that you can have an internship/ job, will have more time to focus on finding a job, and will have less classes so you can put more effort into each paper and test. I managed to about double the amount of things on my resume during my senior year from all the extra time I had.

You get an extra semester to be involved in recruiting, it can only help you... assuming that you aren't graduating early / graduating later because you botched some courses.
