Have no mercy...

Not your typical investment finance resume. Went to a Wall St. feeder school but from the beginning I veered off the beaten path, looked for alternative experiences. Didn't long term plan, just pursued interesting opportunities.

Out of college I could have gone to work for a bulge bracket bank, but I took a corporate finance gig instead because the opportunity to live in 3 different states within 2 years appealed to my sense of adventure.

Guess I've tried to have my cake and eat it too, although that's now left me looking like a finance generalist with no particular area of specialization. Most of my peers are outside finance and can't really offer constructive advice/guidance. Would really appreciate some perspectives from this crowd.

Currently seeking opportunities across a broad swathe of sectors. PE, Corporate Investor Relations, Commodities Research, etc... Such is my temperament as I am not married to any particular sector, just want to be doing something interesting. Have done some pretty gnarly stuff and have the experience and capability to manage and lead, however have not invested in a grad degree or a CFA. If I were to go back to school I would most likely pursue something like International Relations and compliment that with a CFA, but at this stage I feel like that would keep me stagnant as my career performance and ability to execute can stand alone.

My interests outside work most closely related to finance are really gold/silver investing, however precious metals research analyst jobs are few and far between, so I'm content to keep it a serious hobby.

Would also be interested to hear which specific jobs/sectors my resume appears to suit the most. File is attached.

I'm not a troll... you must have a very narrow view of the world. I'm of Ghanaian descent and I took a semester abroad to study dancing and drumming. Like a semester away from finance. No big deal. Get out more my friend...
