Hedge your bets - Predictions for the rankings next year?

"The big winners in Asia undoubtedly were Hong Kong UST Business School, who will be celebrating their entry into the top 10, up from 16th a year ago. This is in stark contrast to CEIBS who dropped from 8th to 22nd, and NUS Business School fared even worse – falling from a respectable 35th place out of the rankings all together."

With rankings still being a major deciding factor for which b-school people end up at I thought I'd ask for tips/ideas on movers and shakers?

Perhaps just a bit of fun but will be interesting to find out what people predict - are any schools that people would predict will move into the rankings.

My bets would be on SAIF - A Chinese government backed institution attracting a very high quality of local (and more recently global) talent to their international MBA. I think they'll be following HKUST's footsteps into the FT rankings next year!

Hedge your bets monkeys!

Wharton will drop, based on its low employment rate last year (it was arould 60%) Columbia will drop, same reason European schools will drop more, same reason Asian schools will move up, due to high employment rates MIT, HBS, Stanford and Chicago will stay about the same or move up slightly because of solid (but not great) employment rates.

@ Affirmative_Action

1) LOTS of people, particularly those considering studying there. and this post wasn't restricted to rankings for Asian B-schools 2) 'hedge your bets' is a common expression!

You need to CHILL BILL and stop wasting your time posting on topics where you clearly have nothing interesting/useful or insightful to say.
