Hey, why is there never anything about dividend-paying Whole Life Insurance policies as a hot investment? Let's say a Man, 52 years old & Wife, 50 decide to pick up a $200,000 policy on the Husbands' life with the wife being the beneficiary of the whole thing, which pays $1,000,000 upon his untimely death or when he turns 101 years old. They pay each year to fund their policy, good. As time goes on, the policy begins to pay a dividend towards the amount and it becomes fully self funding after 11-years. No more payment are needed.
