Hello WSO community,
I am an Italian (born and raised in Florence) who graduated with a BSBA in Finance from the United States (GPA 3.7 and 4.0/4.0 in finance, but no-name school) and will be moving to London within 2 weeks.
I also worked as a research and licensing analyst (Intern) for 2 years at a boutique pharmaceutical consulting firm during my studies.
I am ambitious, and I want to begin my career as an IBD analyst at a BB.
Unfortunately, I do not have any contacts in any of the firms in which I would like to work (GS, BofA, JPM, etc), yet I found contacts on LinkedIn and knowing the email format for those banks I asked to schedule an informative interview with them. Hopefully someone will answer and agree to meet with me.
