Help choosing an undergrad school (NYU Stern vs. Colgate vs. Boston College)

I need to choose between NYU Stern, Colgate, and Boston College (arts & sciences) and would like to major in economics, possibly taking some courses in marketing as well (minor?). I realize these are three pretty different schools, but they all seem to have their pros and cons. I really would prefer a college with more of a campus than NYU, but I would also like to end up on Wall Street post college. I do intend on getting an MBA down the road. What are everyone's thoughts?

If you really want a shot at Wall Street - Stern will set you up the best.

If you really like BC go there and then transfer to Carroll SOM & you really need to be a top student at Carroll for Wall Street jobs. It will still be a lot tougher from here than from Stern.

Colgate - don't know much but seems like they have pretty good placement for a liberal arts school. Do more research on this school (look at clubs/organizations and see if board members are getting wall street jobs like the one you want - that should help you out).

Of course NYU, is far and away the best option here. However, if you can go to Boston College for a significantly cheaper amount than NYU (e.g. 15k, vs say, 60k at NYU), I would suggest going to BC and then attempting to transfer in a year or two. Colagte would be by bottom choice, due to its relative lack of cred. Go there only if you have no other choice financially.
