Help: How can I compare 2 documents in excel?

I have two documents in excel--they're about 260 rows and 12 columns each, and I want quickly identify the differences between them. Is there a way for excel to automatically highlight all the differences for me?

 

There is probably an easier way, but you can easy put in if statements to compare the content on a 3rd worksheet, and have it return 1 or 0, so something like =if(sheet1 A1 = sheet2 A1, 0,1), then have a sum function for all of the columns and rows. If you want to really separate it to find differences then have it at the end of each row or column a sum function to find the specific location. at the bottom of each column so you can see if th
