Help structuring some ER questions

I have a couple networking coffee meetings here in NYC with Goldman ER analysts within a two day span. I have a few questions already made, but I was wondering if my fellow monkeys can help structure some ER specific questions that will be good to ask. I plan to meet for no more than a half hour, as this will be on my lunch break. Let me know if you can help!

Here you go:

How have trading revenues trended over the last year for your firm? How about your coverage sector?

People in ER in the same coverage sector often run different business models, some are the earnings surprise predictor, others are the industry expert, others put you in contact with management and other supply chain experts, etc. What is your strategy?

What do you think about the trends towards higher stock coverage per analyst? (You might have to know what I'm talking about here to know how to respond to the guy's answers)

How long would it take for a new guy in ER to get a few stocks under his/her own coverage in the industry now?
