High Paying BO Positions/Advice

Hello,

I currently work for a retail brokerage firm in its BO. I've been with the company for a year and a half and in my current position about 10 months, so looking to apply for a new position soon. I'll likely be looking elsewhere as my firm pays below industry average for most positions.

To give some background, i'm 29 and have worked for a few large banks on the retail side and BO. I've also worked retail and BO positions for a retail brokerage company. I'm very good with excel (as most are) and have solid customer service skills, but trying to stay BO with minimal client contact, if possible.

I'm seeking advice/suggestions on where to go in my career from here. I'm not particularly passionate about anything finance related, more into tech and IT but have no background or experience in it besides my own free time.

What are some high paying, mid career, BO finance positions I should target? I'm also open to suggestions for career changes you believe i'd be qualified for. Feel free to ask questions or let me know if you need more info.
