High P/B, low P/E, Overvalued?
I'm looking at a stock that has good growth potential, good p/e relative to its industry and looks good on all other fronts, but has a high P/B and very volatile price history. Should I still buy? Im just worried that in the event of liquidation, I will lose a lot of money. The stock is trading at a p/b of 5-6. I'm new to investing so I don't have that much experience.
