Houlihan Lokey Restructuring 1st Round On Campus Interview - Advice??
Hey Guys,
I have an upcoming on campus interview with Houlihan Lokey for their restructuring group. I consider myself a competitive applicant, but I know that HLRX is extremely competitive, and that the interview will be highly technical.
I was wondering if anybody had any advice in regards to the interview process and how I should be preparing. I feel as if the M&I guide on RX will not be enough, and that I should be doing other things to prep. Thanks in advance.

But honestly, I've got no idea. Congrats on the interview!

There is a HL case study called "selling and buying a troubled company". Try to get your hands on that or pm me.
