I have the same question but regarding Merrill Lynch, students who graduated this year from my program are saying they are going to work for Merrill in their IBD. Is Merrill still "winding down"?

The entity Merrill Lynch still exists as a separate unit so it isn't inaccurate to say that.

Lehman still exists, plenty of compliance officers still work there winding down all the settlements they owe.
