How can I improve?

So I go to a non target as an accounting and finance double major..As I go into my third year and start applying to these BB, I feel like my two internships are pretty decent (RBC wealth management intern and Asset Management equity research intern (3.5-4b AUM). My GPA isn't great (3.4) but I participate in a lot of activities outside the classroom (Co-manager of student investment fund) as well as volunteer. Will these internships be noticed by HR departments in BB or will my GPA and university weigh me down? What else should I do to get the eyes of HR departments? How should I prepare?

You just started your junior year, so definitely try to bring your GPA to 3.5 (the standard cutoff) since you have time.

Network with your alumni who go to BB or try cold calling. If someone really likes you and see you as a good fit, your GPA just may be overlooked.
