How flexible is your shop?
Just wondering how flexible employers in ER are with commitments outside of work?
I hope to do a course that requires one evening a week (would prob need to finish about 5.30 - 6.00) and two weekends a month. I am currently in banking and obviously that is impossible but just wondering how doable it would be in ER?
My hunch is it is not very likely but just wondering how peoples analysts would react?
Imagine doing this during earnings season would be impossible.
