How many of you obtained your current positions via networking?

There are a myriad of posts about success stories but they are few a many amongst the overall posts.

I'm curious how many people got where they are based on SOLELY networking.

This is what I'm not considering networking

-you apply online and you happen to get called back

-you go through OCR/do a resume drop and get called back

-there is a career fair, you drop your resume and keep contacting the recruiter to ensure an interview (this is kind of networking but most of the hard work is taken away because you know the individual is recruiting for positions and the awkward intro. isn't really there. Its not the same as cold calling/emailing random people)

In addition, did you attend a target, semi-target or non-target. Do you have a FO role and did you want this position in/out of college or did you take it to just have a job?

Networked into a boutique SA position and also secured 3+ SA interviews/offers with networking. Though my current position was gained from applying online, networking definitely works and it would be extremely foolish to think it is a waste of time. If nothing else you build connections that could come into play down the line. There is more to life than your junior year summer internship and first job out of college.
