How much annual bonus and its growth can a programmer expect in trading industry

Hi all,

I am a 2nd year software developer at a high-freq trading prop shop. My base+bonus is just a bit over $100K,and I am wondering how much annual bonus would be in general in this industry and how it will
likely grow along with my experience. Also I am insterested in the comparison with the prop trading unit
in the investment banks. Any clue or opinion is welcome and appreciated.
