How much does a 1st year or 2nd year strategy analyst at Deloitte make?
Please specify the base salary as well as sign on bonus, etc.

Depends heavily which school you're coming from. Base could be as low as 60 or as high as 75 first year.

i don't know about canada,
i don't know about canada, but this is my experience (i worked for deloitte in major office, non nyc)
1st year analyst (straight out of undergrad): ~55-60k
2nd year analyst: ~60-65k
1st year analyst (w/ masters straight out of undergrad): ~60-65k
2nd year analyst: ~65-70k
no signing bonuses for any recent class that i am aware of...largely due to the fact that people will take any job for almost any pay given our shitty economy.

S&O is unique in
S&O is unique in deloitte....just as MCDP for accenture, etc. S&O is not the same as deloittes advisory practice, which majority of people work in....but yes, S&O pays significantly more.

Yes, I was talking about S&O, but that's what I assumed the OP meant when he said strategy analyst (not a real title - OP probably meant business analyst). But yes, starting salary is dependent on the school you're going to, the office you'll be working in, and what other offers you have. I've heard of the starting base salary being as high as 75K.

A friend will be starting Deloitte BTA position this summer - 70k base, 10k signing in a major east coast office.
yep its 65k - 75k for 4 of my
yep its 65k - 75k for 4 of my colleagues who will starting as BTAs on the west coast. its significantly higher than other consulting offers from deloitte's competitors that some of us got.
