How much does the location where you start your career matter?

Turns out that I am working in Seoul this Summer as a rising senior. If I decide to take a full-time job there (as my first job out of college), what are the odds of me being able to move around relatively freely around the world? I realize I could do an MBA to open up opportunities in other locations, but what about without an MBA? Living in many different countries/continents is one of my life goals.
