How often do Asians use emails?
I have been cold emailing regional boutiques in Hong Kong and Singapore. Compared to NYC, they have barely replied back to my messages, whether they are good or bad news. I've been using the same email template.

you're not likely to get a response from cold emails in general, asian boutiques or not...It certainly doesn't mean that an entire race have not adapted to email technology.
