Are people seriously taking this guy at face value? The fact that so many people are responding in the first place is hilarious.
This is like going into a forum for physics and astronomy grad school admissions and the first thread that pops up is "IS THE MOON LANDING REAL???? !!!!!!!!" doesn't give it a whole lot of credibility
Addendum: the Fed conspiracy video Zeitgeist was made by a guy named Peter Joseph, who said that he formerly worked as a "private equity trader" before realizing the "evils" of wall street. (link: http://zeitgeistmovie.com/qa.html) you gotta find a better lie than that. the worst thing about these videos is not the fact that they create ridiculous claims but they do it at the expense of actual problems in society, wall street, and politics that get discredited by association

When a forum gets to a certain point, it starts attracting conspiracy theorists from the nether-regions of the world. The poster was likely serious, and some folks who believe in these conspiracy theories have clinical paranoia.
Pretty soon people are going to show up and accuse us of getting into bed with the Rockefellers and trying to impose some form of new world order with the UN.
We need to help these people. And the best way is transparency, letting them see what actually goes on, and helping them get some sleep. The only malevolent thing going on is traders making funny impressions of the bigger demogogues when the Senate and House Finance Committees have meetings. :D

I disagree, I think it would be more effective if we, as a collective Wall Street, control all the media sources to dumb them down, control the pharmaceutical and healthcare companies so that we can control their well-being, take their 10 Commandments out of their courthouses, get lobbyists to take their tax dollars, then influence the politicians to sign as many international treaties as possible. We should also give this series of plans a name, like New Global Alignment or... something.
