How To Build A Comp Table For New Issue Bonds
I'm looking at building a comp table to figure out the rate on a new issue bond that will likely be used to refinance a large upcoming maturity (and possibily other bank debt). I have a list of comps for other bonds in the industry sector with a similar credit rating (BBB). I've calculated the total debt of the other comps, coupon rates, term lengths, issue dates, amount issued, type of bond (bullet/callable), etc. I'm wondering how to proceed?
