How to stay motivated in a boring project
hello everyone, I recently joined a tier2 consulting firm in M&A advisory and got staffed on a very technical IT project. The client and team is very nice but I find the work really boring and it is affecting my motivation to do great in this project. Any advice on how to stay motivated when you dont like the project at all?
