How was your high school experience?

For me it was terrible, and I think it's terrible for most guys. I was a loser in HS. I had a few buddies whom I hated, didn't do well in school. I also had a porn addiction and had low self confidence. I was depressed the whole time. I wanted to do well but didn't. Ended up at a non-target but then transferred to a target which proved that I was smart enough to do the work, I was just stuck in a bad environment where it was hard for me to shine.

perfect for ibanking - hungry/need to prove yourself - the pr0n addiction is a plus as well

@torchic, how did you get rid of it?

If you're talking about the pr0n addiction...I don't think that ever goes away.

High School experience was awesome. Went to a small, all-boy catholic school. Picture what it's like going out with your bros on the weekends, well imagine that but in a school setting. Every day it was shouting, cussing, fighting, dick graffiti on walls, books, backpacks, notebooks. Hooligan stuff every day. I'll never understand the dick graffiti though, like what idiot went "hey guys you know what'd be pretty cool, if we like, drew dicks on everything around school!"

Enjoyed my time immensely, but my senior year, I played hooky more than I should have. Lots of trips to the beaches and ball games in the springtime.

All the world's indeed a stage, And we are merely players, Performers and portrayers, Each another's audience, Outside the gilded cage - Limelight (1981)

.....how can you think high school sucked for most guys? Where are you basing this from?

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

I got to the point where I had more in school suspensions (mostly for not going to detentions received for not attending class) than days of school left. So I challenged my guidance counselor to an arm wrestling match to get them dropped and be able to graduate early.
