HR Related Needs
Hi. I hope to find some Human Resource Managers and staff here. I'd like to know your means of updating your employees' 201 file? Do you still do the manual thing or excel? We are currently using excel but due to increasing numbers of staff and each data they have, we're now having a hard time to update and monitor especially their employment period. Of course we need to be updated as to when they are due for regularization and promotion. Plus, their work schedules and attendance and training scheds. So we're are totally loaded of details that need regular update and monitoring. In case you are using a program, may I please know if you have a separate software for every HR task or do you just use 1 application for all your employees record? Thanks.
