I NEED YOUR HELP - Interview Questions (Any answer appreciated!!)

Hi champs,

I've been offered an interview (acquisiton analyst position) at a big Private Equity Real Estate Fund's headquarter in London. Until now I've only worked in a small fund (with respected individuals) CORE only in Germany.

I know there are other threads with similar topics, but I need the information seperately, so I can prepare in a detailed manner. Also, I am 19 years old with 6 months working experience in acquisition and fund management (which means they probably wouldn't expect me to know a lot, but I least want to get the fundamentals perfect).

Except for CAP RAT, NET Income, Different Debt Servicing, what else should I definitely know?

regards, Fairmove

*Any answer is greatly appreciated.
