IB/AM headhunters

I graduated from LSE in July with a masters in finance. I attended the career fairs at LSE but most of the recruiting there was for European positions and they told me to apply online for US positions..

I've had 3 interviews with bulge brackets (two before graduating, and one last month), and I got rejected for all 3 positions after 2nd round interviews. I don't think there's a problem with my competency or capabilities (top 3 US engineering school ugrad, LSE grad, 750 GMAT, cleared CFA level 2, and certified FRM). I have a feeling my resume/cover letter is not even being looked at when I apply online...

Has anyone had any luck with headhunters/recruitment firms? I don't mind paying 30% of my first year salary if they can get me a job. If anyone's used a headhunter/recruitment firm with positive results, can you share their info...thanks in advance!
