Why is this a question? Everyone whould pick PE and the reasons have been discussed/sated numerous times...it's always better to be the one fucking than the one getting fucked.

So what you're saying is that there are no sell side PE positions and no buy side IB positions, am I getting that correct? Or were you just being an asshole?
