Include on resume?
Would it be bad to include an internship I did for a month on my resume? I quit because a much better option came up, but I still would be able to produce quite a few valuable bullet points and talk about it extensively in interviews. Technically, since the internship bridged two months it would look something like this XXX Internship May 2014-June 2014.
A one month internship won't add anything to your resume. If anything it shows you're likely to quit the job if a better offer comes up.
But interviewers wouldn't know because it would appear as May 2014-June 2014.
My internships all say "Summer 201X". I I did a 3 week research project for a company as a contractor my freshman year and put it on my resume. Just don't draw attention to the fact you left after a month.
It depends on whether or not you're on good terms with the employer that you left.
