Not really familiar with Canadian shops, but at first glance CREIT seems to have a pretty decent portfolio across multiple property types. Though the majority of investments seem to be only in Canada, with a couple hundred thousand in America. CPPIB is obviously a huge pension fund with a huge portfolio and alot of dough to spend, so I'm sure you'll get great exposure to everything. I'm not too familiar with Walton, but it seems like they are a huge land owner who are looking to start developing vertically. I just googled an article about CPPIB co-investing with Walton on an industrial park. They have a crap ton of land so looks like they can build alot if they so choose.
Thanks
