Insight needed - Experience?

Got an intership at a small HF as ER intern. What could I progress this into and how good should the experience be on a 1-10 scale?(such as amazing on resume and/or for getting full time job later, learning important skills, working with really smart people who know what they're doing)

Thanks a bunch guys and gals

chances are you'll like the environment and learn a lot, but you need to ask questions. projects are probably going to be interesting in that group. resume-wise: depends on several factors: (1) the fund's track record, (2) your goals for full time (3) your projects and how well you can express what you do on a sheet of paper and (4) your year in school. yes, you'll definitely be surrounded by smart people. If they were able to set up a hedge fund, they must have years of experience elsewhere and clearly are passionate about investing/portfolio mgmt etc. Be proud of what you got and good luck going forward!
