Interview - 2nd round

I have a 2nd round interview tomorrow at a consulting gig, doing sales and research work. First went well, I impressed them and they felt I'd be a good fit.
Couple of thoughts: 1) When they emailed me to arrange the interview for the second time, they were much more informal by their language. Is that a good sign to take?
2) What kind of questions usually are asked in a second round?
3) I've established i know about the firm, what other research do you guys recommend?

1) Most contacts with the prospective employer would be formal by nature.
2) I don't think I can answer what questions to expect without more info on the firm industry, size, market, etc. Have you had a Consulting case scenario presented to you yet ? That could be something to expect. Or maybe sitting though a Panel (along with the other candidates) who are not the same people that have interviewed you. That's a Q&A session.
