Preparing for Big 4 Advisory Interviews

Hey guys,

What would you say are some good ways to prepare for these advisory interviews? Are they somewhat similar to preparing cases for management consulting interviews?

By the way, why is it bad to do an advisory internship with the big 4 and then pursue a full time offer with MBB?

Thanks!

Thanks guys. So it's not worth interviewing with the big 4 advisory branches for a junior internship? (cause i can only imagine that it's harder to get a MBB internship offer..so it wouldn't be a valuable experience to do advisory and then pursue a FT w/MBB and tier 2 consulting firms?)
