Interview for Risk Management Analyst, Exam included

So I recently got an interview with Pavilion Financial for a risk management analyst position. I don't know if I'm really prepared for the interview especially cause they said there would be an exam included which would test my logical reasoning (not too worried) but also my excel skills (worried, haven't really used excel much since college).

If anyone wants to be a lifesaver, can you please direct me to some quick resources on risk management so I can sound smart in the interview. Also if they have any links to brush up on excel relating to risk management that would be ideal. I only have a couple days so it can't be any dense material, really just looking for some advice and maybe some resources to utilize in the mean time.

Here's an excerpt from the job posting about technical proficiency that I'm not to familiar with:
o Explicit understanding of GAAP as it relates to an investment environment
o Ability to perform IRR and multiple calculations, benchmarking measures, and other financial analyses

Blast from the past!

Thanks to SSits for helping me out.

Use the WSO IB guide even though it is not an ib interview.

Like mentioned know the types of risk and learn VaR. If it is at a firm where risk is very close to FO know your sources of systematic and non systematic risk; know your Greeks.

Depending on the team know what kind of model they may use and what the main drivers of the model are. For example; do you know the general main drivers of credit risk in xyz product our firm sells? How would you find out? You'll likely get a different version in a market risk role.

If this is for fulltime some places might ask about your programing abilities. (Firm specific but usually VBA, SQL, SAS, and some others you'll know a lot more about than me.)

If this is for a summer analyst you should be well prepared just knowing the WSO guide, reviewing Greeks (calculate beta, alpha etc...try to learn the basic definition of the ones in Black-Scholes and stop there), and know VaR. My risk interviews were all easier than IB and ER for what its worth.
