I would talk about culture, how it's harder to work with competent people who are unpleasant, communicate poorly than with incompetent, albeit pleasant people.

Communication is obviously important but the rest of this couldn't be any less true.

It's a good thing that you're not a trader.

Unmotivated people.

This is a better answer than people not good with details, as some people who aren't good with details can still be good at their job.

Unmotivated people generally aren't good at doing their job and they suck the life out of teams. It's a sensible answer that also reflects well on you because it implies you are motivated.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.

That is a terrible interview question. However, the answer they're probably looking for is that you don't have a problem working with any type of person. Just like you're supposed to use a "weakness" that is actually a strength for the "what is your biggest weakness?" question, you're supposed to enjoy working with even the most simple-minded, lazy plebian out there.

How did I do? lol

2. Bitches who go too slow.

1. Bitches who go too soon.

What if I said "narcissists" or "people who cheat" or "people who are dishonest".
