interview tips for someone who was kicked out of their frat for hazing too much

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster.

I wanted to ask you guys your opinion on whether or not I should bring up during my interview that I was kicked out of my fraternity for hazing pledges too much. I mean, in my defense there isn't really a guideline to what TOO MUCH is, but I guess when one dumb pledge gets trampled by an elephant that would be considered too much.

Fraternities have changed so much in the past decade, with all these news outlets putting so much pressure on us NOT to haze, which I personally think is absurd.

Anyway, I have that I was in my frat on my resume, but I was kicked out a year before I graduated, which I feel like might be a red flag or something. So I was wondering if I should sort of nip that in the bud and bring up the elephant incident or just not say anything. I mean, the pledge is still in a coma so I don't think he'll be offended if I say anything about it.

In my defense its as much of the elephants fault as it is mine, I mean the big fucker was supposed to be trained. He should know better than to trample a worthless pledge...he didn't even step on him that hard.

I should also make it known that this wasn't an isolated incident, but more of a last straw scenario. During my time in a fraternity which I will not name (for legal reasons) at an unnamed business school (again legal reasons), 2 other pledges ended up with serious concussions/in the hospital for various reasons. If anyone cares I can describe each of those scenarios as we've already settled outside of court.

One, coincidentally enough, was a diabetic issue that was completely out of my control. So I implore that you don't hold that one against me. Seriously guys, that one DEFINITELY wasn't my fault.

Anyway, do you guys think that this would this incident potentially effect my ability to get a job? I mean, I understand if the guy interviewing me is the pledges dad or something, but do you think anyone else would care, or would they chalk it up to normal college hi-jinks and pranks and what not? You know, like how they say, boys will be boys, yadda yadda...

Obvious troll.

If not, there's only one way a true Alpha male would go about that. You need to establish dominance, leaving 0 doubt in the interview's mind that all you're going to do is generate str8 fucking profit. Let's say you have a 20-30 minute interview.

1-5 minutes: making interviewer recite the name of your family members 5-10 minutes: push-ups, bows and toes 10-15 minutes: interviewer 40-chug 15-20 minutes: Physical beat down, use any and all heavy objects at your disposal 20-30 minutes: waterboarding

That should just about finish off the interview, after which you and the interviewer do an elephant walk together right up to the CEOs office.

Seriously - if you were kicked out for hazing, take it off your resume idiot.

Obviously troll. I'd throw monkey shit if I had any left today.

I loved hazing, but no one has an "elephant incident." People have "You made them do push-ups on the concrete floor while throwing trash on their backs and spraying them with a cold hose as 'Walk' by Pantera blasted over the party speakers and the strobe lights flashed to the beat" hazing incidents or "who thought it was a good idea to have the pledges pile into the beer tub and try to sled down the stairs?" hazing incidents.

It sounds like your idea of greek life is from hollywood and not actual greek involvement. Don't bring that shit around here, Geed.
