Interviewing with MBB again before 12 months have passed.

Good day all,

Long story short: I've worked at a big mining company (1 year) and interviewed with MBB at Australia for an Entry Level role about 6 months back and have now moved to another country. I wanted to ask if I'll have any chance applying again now (to a different office obviously) and if they will even consider me again before 12-18 months have passed. (I've got another job lined up for next year but always wanted to enter consulting).

I'd appreciate any advice on that matter.

I meant applying in my new country (Europe). Do you have any advice regarding my situation?

And I must say I find your comment strange. As an example, I know that Mck took about 20 graduates in Australia. This is fairly consistent with previous intakes.

Ask your friends how many are sitting on the beach because there are no projects. I didn't say every single firm was not taking graduates; but I can assure you that many are taking fewer than they have previously.

If you want to apply in Europe apply - I think you'll get dinged if you just put a resume in through the website but you could have a crack.

Far better to try to network your way in.
