Is half a page on a resume too much space for one position?
I'm an MBA student looking to start recruiting for summer internships in PE. I worked as an engineer for two years and in PE for a year and a half before matriculating. My resume currently has my PE experience taking up about half (maybe a little more) of the page, with my engineering experience only having three bullets. The PE experience lists three specific deals, with associated sub-bullets explaining my work on them, as well as three bullets discussing more general stuff.
Is this too much room for a job that I only worked at a year and a half? Obviously the PE experience is much more relevant than engineering, which is why I've focused so heavily on it but wasn't sure.
Sounds good to me. As a screener, I'd like to read about relevant experience. If your 1.5 years gave you enough of that to write and talk about, put it out there.
