I suppose. That being said, I have seen the term "super target" thrown around here quite often. For example, a community college is a widely considered to be classified as a "super non-target" while a relatively well known university with minimal recruiting would be classified as a non-target.

A community college doesn't give you a sufficient degree (associate versus bachelors) to even get into banking so it would be more of a "target impossible".

Small world! Me and my current roommate both went to LMU and rowed there for about a year (we met by coincidence). We transferred out at the end of freshman year to other non-targets, and now both have jobs in NYC. Roommate is at a BB and I'm at an international boutique in cap markets. Work your ass off, network, perform well in school, have some fun, and enjoy our shitty basketball team while you can still enjoy it. Going there will not ruin your reputation. Go Lions
