The Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Investor Client Management (ICM) group are a client relationship management group embedded within Front Office Markets. We are a client facing cross-bank relationship team. The EMEA ICM group aims to deepen, develop and maintain relationships with J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Priority Investor Clients (PICs), to act as the client’s advocate within the firm and ensure the consistent delivery of innovative services in a client focussed manner.

ICM leverages J.P. Morgan’s leading product range to offer PICs:
• The full range of investment products: bonds, equities, derivatives, FX and commodities
• Capital and intermediation: balance sheet and market-making services
• Ideas, research and technology: intellectual capital and thought leadership
• Processing of cash and securities: prime brokerage, custody, cash management, exchanges and electronic platforms

Our approach is:
• Cross-product and cross-division delivery
• Focussed on the specific needs of the client
• Sales as Trusted Advisor- aligning JPM and client senior management teams, mapping clients and coverage, providing consistent and rigorous review processes and giving cross-product operations support.
